After a period of inactivity, the legendary JoomLeague component is back. Completely rewritten from the ground up, JoomLeague has been resurrected to fully support the modern architecture of Joomla 6, and developers are looking for passionate testers to help shape its future.

The new Apha release (pkg_joomleague-6.1.0-alpha-50) represents a complete architectural overhaul. It moves away from legacy code to fully embrace modern PHP namespaces and Joomla’s native MVC architecture.

- Joomla Native Features & Security: Seamless connection to native Joomla Custom Fields, full ACL control, record ownership, secure content filtering, and an integrated updates server with SHA-256 integrity verification.

JoomLeague is completely free of charge. While the extension is already stable enough to be used with live data in production by the developer, it is currently recommended primarily for testing environments as it remains under active development.
