Phoca Gallery 2.7.1 Stable released

Added new detail method - Slimbox - Slimbox demo
Added new parameter - Switch Fixed Size - If landscape and portrait images are displayed in Switch effect, switch fixed size should be disabled
Fixed bug in language file (to -> too)
ALT tag is cleaned by htmlspecialchars and addslashes functions
TINYINT database type changed to INT by count value
Changed Picasa loading function loadDataByAddress to select the right method correctly (cURL, allow_url_fopen)
Picasa Albums - now unlisted albums can be loaded with help of adding the authentication key - authentication key field added to Category options
Added new parameter - Show Categories - categories which will be displayed in the categories tree, other categories will be hidden.
Added new values to Category Ordering
- Vote count Ascending
- Vote count Descending
- Vote average Ascending

Added new parameter: Send Email (Download) - if file will be downloaded, email can be sent to selected user
Added new parameter: Send Email (Upload) - if file will be uploaded, email can be sent to selected user
Category rights: Accessing of category (and files in the category) can be set for different users. If access rights for a category will be set for "registered" it can be more specified (specific users who will have rights to access the category and its files can be selected)
Fixed the publishing date problem
Changed modules to accept Category Access behaviour.

Changelog (modifications to Beta version):

If there is no original image on the server, the item (image) can be saved in administration now (original image can be removed because of security - e.g. in case of Simple Caddy integration)
Phoca Gallery Plugin - added controll over the JAK data array (checking if it is empty or not)
New design option added to Categories View - Categories, Images and Description (should be easy displaying of image and category name and description only)
Checked files to be saved as UTF-8 without BOM

Phoca Download version 1.3.5 Alpha has been released.
