How to hide first-level categories?

Hi, this needs to be customized in the code, this feauture is there because of different rights, folder settings, etc. - to have still controll for administrator over user's albums, etc.

Normally, if the Phoca Gallery is not used for more users uploading in frontend, it should be managed by administrator or end users in administration.

Hi, for now I didn't do such customization, so it is really hard to give an example there (which is complex not only some idea )
