text when mouse on picture

On the demo site is a nice overlib effect when the mouse is on a picture (see a lot of color text when mouse is on picture)
How can i make this?

I found here the options, i haver ovverlibs effect with "just discriptions" but then i see only the title when mouse is over, what do i wrong?

You can set what will be displayed - title, image or both
