Phoca 2.0.7 install on J2.5 (unknown table)

Here is my environment first:

PHP Built On Linux infong 2.4 #1 SMP Mon Aug 5 20:05:43 CEST 2013 i686 GNU/Linux
Database Version 5.1.71-log
Database Collation utf8_general_ci
PHP Version 5.4.20
Web Server Apache
WebServer to PHP Interface cgi-fcgi
Joomla! Version Joomla! 2.5.14 Stable [ Ember ] 01-August-2013 14:00 GMT
Joomla! Platform Version Joomla Platform 11.4.0 Stable [ Brian Kernighan ] 03-Jan-2012 00:00 GMT
User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/30.0.1599.66 Safari/537.36


When I attempt to create a guestbook after installing the component, I get the following error in the admin control panel.

Save failed with the following error: TablePhocaGuestbookb: :store failed
Unknown column 'metakey' in 'field list' SQL=INSERT INTO `ejbai_phocaguestbook_books` (`id`,`title`,`alias`,`description`,`published`,`ordering`,`access`,`report`,`language`,`metakey`,`metadesc`) VALUES ('0','Testimonials','testimonials','','1','1','1','0','*','testimonials','')

This is the first time that I have tried to install on this site. There is another site I tried this on too and it produced the same error.

Hi, Phoca Guestbook does not have any such columns Can you paste a screenshot where do you get this error, so I can test it. Are you sure, you run 2.0.7?

How do I attach an image to a post? Do I have to upload it somewhere else first and use the [img] tags here do I?

Hi, use some external server like image shack and paste the link to this image here (forum-rules.php 5).

Hi, testing now, get no problems there.



Are you sure you have download the 2.0.7 from Phoca site (without any customization)?

Because there is no metakey column in Phoca Guestbook Guestbook table

I'm pretty sure because this component is being used on 3 other sites. The same file actually. Let me go see just to make sure. I'll try installing a new version from here and let you know how it goes. Thanks for the help.

I downloaded 2.0.7 from here again and it happened again. Interestingly it doesn't happen on the other sites. I'll look in the logs and the backend and see if I see anything strange. I'm also not sure why only this extension causes erroneous errors when being installed.

Hi, hmm, really no idea, maybe there is some system plugin, which changes something, etc.
