im a new user with phoca. i have uploaded some files... these should be download-able for the user. do i insert a link in an article? where in a doc can i read how to make a link to the file at the site?

Should it appear en the editor - or ehat to do?

It isnt a problem to make a menu item that is opening af file download in Phoca.

But what I want is:
Writing an artikle and in the article make a download-link to a file.
Isn't that possible in the editor / an article?
