Can't update phoca cart component

I am stuck on version 4.0.6 of Phoca Cart on Joomla 4.4.14 and when I try to update, I get the following error:

JInstaller: :Install: Error SQL Duplicate column name 'active_quantity'

I have checked the entire database and this column does not exist. I can't get past this error to update the component. Can anyone shed some light on this for me? Thank you.

This works the same way for 4 - 5 or 5 - 6
