What Numerly is
Numerly is an entertainment tool. You enter numbers that mean something to you, and we generate a new set of numbers using a private calculation. That's the entire service.
Numerly is a demo site for the Phoca CMS project.
What Numerly is not
Numerly is not:
- A lottery operator, ticket seller, or payment processor of any kind.
- Affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any lottery, sportsbook, casino, or draw of any kind, anywhere in the world.
- A source of financial, gambling, or investment advice.
- A prediction tool. Numerly does not claim, imply, or guarantee that any generated number is more likely to appear in any real-world drawing, game, or event.
No guarantees
Numerly is provided "as is," for entertainment and personal curiosity, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Your responsibility
You're responsible for how you use any numbers Numerly generates. If you choose to use them in connection with any lottery, wager, or game of chance, that's entirely your own decision and at your own risk - Numerly plays no part in that decision and accepts no responsibility for its outcome.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Use automated tools to scrape, flood, or abuse the generator or the voting system.
- Attempt to manipulate the public vote totals.
- Use Numerly in any way that violates the law in your jurisdiction.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Numerly and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including (without limitation) any decision you make based on a generated number set.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Numerly after a change means you accept the updated terms.
