No images in front and backend

Dear Phoca,

I have a strange problem.
All images that should be displayed are displayed as a red cross.
All the buttons in the administrator module are red crosses. And when i upload a picture its also a red cross.
I already reinstalled the latest gallery but it doenst help.
I also cant create new categories.

Can u please help me out ?'

Hi, try to check if the images were copied to the Phoca Gallery folders (administrator/components/com_phocagallery/assets/images)

All the images are on the right place.
Any other suggestions ?

Then try to check their permissions or ownership - if they can be read by the script
