I installed Phoca Download 1.3.1 and now 1.3.2 beta.
The Frontend Upload function doesn't work.

Re: Frontend Upload won't work
I have the same problem
I think it's something to do with not having en-GB as your front end default language.
Haven't found the fix yet, but I'm working on it.

Re: Frontend Upload won't work
OK, got it.
In the installation zip there are 2 language files:
com_phocadownload_v1.3.1.zip\language\en-GB\en-GB.com_phocadownload.ini
com_phocadownload_v1.3.1.zip\language\en-GB\en-GB.com_phocadownload.menu.ini
Copy these files into this folder:
siteroot/langauge/yoursitedefaultlanguage/
(e.g. "/public_html/language/en-US" in my case)
then rename the files, replacing the "en-GB" for your site default language's shortcode, e.g. "en-US.com_phocadownload.ini"
you should be golden.

Re: Frontend Upload won't work
It's just not working whatever I try. Maybe it's the fault of Strato, won't be the first time that an extension isn't working because uf the options set by Strato.
For those who are interested, here the webradio for which I needed an upload feature: Jugendwerk-Radio
Now I'm using a flash upload plugin until the Phoca Frontend Upload doesn't work correctly. But thanks for your help
