Thank you page after order submission

Hi.
I use phoca cart 5.0.2 with joomla 5.3.0 and joomlart template JA Seven.
The problem is that upon completion of the checkout the client is redirected to a url /component/phocacart/info but no message is displayed (actually no content at all, only the header and the footer of the site).
I have also set an article in Info View Description (Options -->Display -->Info View) with no change.
I also changed the default template to Cassiopea but no result again.
Am I missing some configuration?

Hi.
Just figured this out. Since I have currently just one product, I had not created the default menu (categories). As soon as I created, problem resolved.
