Correct size for graphics

Hi all,

Just getting started with Phoca Cart. I put in the sample data and products. Now I'm editing over the candy and food categories and products.

I uploaded a square 600px graphic for the category image, but it shows up cropped.

What is the correct pixel size for category and product graphics?

Hi, can you paste a screenshot of what do you exactly mean?

There is no fixed size, it depends on your settings. Mostly, the main point is, to have all images the same size. So it does not matter which size of images do you use, but they should be all the same size.

And of course if crop function is enabled, a ratio should't be ignored. If you set that thumbnails are e.g. 500x500 your photos should be square so some part of image is not cropped.
