Phoca Gallery Demo - Masonry

Here https://www.phoca.cz/demo/13-masonry it's mostly what i'm looking for.

What are the parameters or css files I should use to get the same result with Joomla 4 and Phoca Gallery and Phoca Gallery ?

Hi, the Masonry effect was implemented only in plugin yet:

It is planned to implement it even to component (but this is still in feature request). This Masonry effect in plugin is modern solution ready for modern website. The obsolete Javascript solution in Phoca Gallery for Joomla 3 version was removed and will be replaced by this moderen solution.

But for now, this can be only used in plugin.
