Removing the "Guest" from being populated in the Name field

Hi,
I noticed that in the frontend of the Guestbook, the "Guest" is prepopulated in the Name field. I'd like to remove this, so as to avoid confusion from my visitors. They might not enter their actual name, thinking that they can't when they see it's already prepopulated.

Hi, you can change it in language string too.
