Thank you for the info, I will set the right format for the pagination for next version.

For now, you can add following code to custom css:

@media only screen and (max-width: 768px) {
    .com_phocagallery form > .pagination {
        flex-direction:column;
        align-items: center;
    }
}

so then the pagination will have this output:
