Importing csv file

Hi, I have a problem. I'm trying to import csv files into my phoca cart but it doesn't work. I'm following the right steps. I upload the file and after I click on "import" but nothing happens... it's as if I don't click in the "import" button. How can I solve it?

Hi, try to check if there is no javascript error on the site which prevents from running it. See:
