In the alternative: is there a way that a file's "owner" can be multiple people (the user who uploaded the file AND the Phoca Downloads admin)? That way, the admin would be able to see the file when clicking the Phoca Downloads menu item for "User Upload" (which shows all of the files that they "own"). Thanks!

How to authorize files from front end?
Hi Jan and everyone! My question: we have it set so that users' uploads must be authorized by the designated Phoca Downloads admin. So the admin receives the system email, telling them that someone has uploaded a file. Now the admin must authorize it before it will appear on the site. How can that be done from the front end?

Hi, files can be authorized only in administration.
Multiple Account - unfortunately no. Only if two people get the same login to the same account
