Breadcrumbs on detail view page

Sorry if this has been posted before, I searched through the forum and couldn't find anything dealing with the problem I am having.

I am not using any of the popup features on phoca gallery so when a user clicks on an image it essentially takes them to a new page.

The problem I am having is with the breadcrumbs. When going through the gallery (eg. section>category>sub-category) the breadcrumbs show fine but on the details page for an image the breadcrumb goes back to "section>category", I would prefer it show "section>category>sub-category>image title".

Am I missing something in the settings?

Hello, this is a discussion of 4 years ago, but I still have exactely the same problem, so I stay in line in case of any updated. Solving this issue would remove the necessity of having the back button, making it possible to navigate through the bread crumbs.

I found more discussions with the same problem, like this
