Re: Using Phoca Download in a multilang site
Hi,
I am also using the M17N multilanguage extension. It works great. It provides the possibility to set up menu's per languages. In that way it works different as JoomFish.
For that i want to create '2' galleries, one for dutch and one for english language. I have created two main categories: Projecten and projects. Under these categories i put dutch and english projects in categories. In the menu's i used the Phoca Gallery Category Layout 'Projecten' for the Dutch menu and 'Projects' for the English menu. Actually i want to use for these two top categories the Category List layout instead of the Category Layout. Is that possible?

Not in the current version of Phoca Download. There is not a menu item option for Category List. I'm not sure if my patch will still work with the current version as it was designed for version 1.1.0 of Phoca Download.
Download Phoca Download Menu Module for listing Sections or Categories.

Sorry for the late response, i will test your patch as soon as i have some time. For the time being i use the default functionality.

I have the same problem.
I have the guestbook in 3 languages. In NL, EN and FR. Dutch and English works fine, but French does not. I also use m17n Language selector.
How do I get it working in French?
Regards,
Remco

Re: Using Phoca Download in a multilang site
I want to translate the description of each of my files from French to English with Joom!Fish.
Is there a hotfix or something I must use to be able to make the translations ?
I use Joomla 1.5.15, Phoca Download 1.3.3 and Joom!Fish 2.0.4.
