Upload and resize

Hello
i have a new installed Phoca Gallery 4.3.6.
Now i wish to upload Fotos, on the Upload it should be resized, bevor transfering to the Homepage, the file also have to be smaller then 2MB.
is this possible? do i Need a Spezial Plugin or component too?

Hi, it was possible e.g. through Java plugin which resized the images before uploading. But for now it is not recommended to use this Java plugin (applet).

You can set the parameters: Multiple Resize Width and Multiple Resize Height for the multiple upload feature. Then the images will be resized while uploading with multiple upload feature - see the Options - Users - Upload Options.
