Photo upload for everybody

Hi,
How I have to conigurate the gallery Component when I want that People can upload Photos without any registration.
First, the site is multilingual and only on one menupoint in every language-part I want that people can upload his photos but without using any Categories. I want only that the administration have to unlock the pictures and then the pichtures shows directly on the side without any additional folders or Categories.
How I have to do it?

Hi, for now only logged in users can upload images. To have the option to upload images without login, this needs to be customized. This feature is dangerous so it needs to be created for specific website and specific server (more protection against abusing needed)
