Hy jan when i open a gallery the link is gallery.html in the browser but when i enter a category the link is gallery/category/xxx.html.
How can i remove /category to have a link like gallery/xxx.html?
My english is not good i hope you understand my issue

Hi, the word category differentiate the view, it needs to be different when category or image view is displayed, the word can be changed to other (with customization), see similar posts or:

Hy jan i read the guide and i find what i have to do.
But if i change router.php of component phoca will be override from the next release that i download and install

Hi, yes, if changes, you need to backup the change and after upgrade you need to overwrite it again.
