Updating to RC3 (revisited)

Hello

Read the recent post on updating, unfortunately was still confused.

Is the process as follows?:

Update the component by uploading the RC3 component zip file via the Joomla update page in admin.
Update the plugins by uploading the V3 modules zip file via the Joomla update page in admin

Review the documentation and follow the sql directions to update the database?
That's it, all data will be preserved - or will it all need re-uploading?

I setup a test site and tested, sorry I wasn't certain after a bunch of previous issues with Zencart. It works great worked through as above. All data integrity preserved. You can close this one out.
