PHOCA PDF: Firefox (Mac) shown a White window

Hello,

at first, sorry for my english

I've installed PhocaPDF in Joomla. On Mac. In Opera i can safe the correct pdf, but there stays a white window.
In Firefox i just get a (new, little) white window. In Safari it is black. What is this?

Another Question, what do i have to do with the "de-DE.com_phocapdf.zip" ?

Hi, see your error log on your server if there is no error rendered before PDF, if there is no bad encoding character rendered before the PDF
