Download manager integrated with user registration and more

Hi,

At backend:
• Upload files to download manager trough FTP. - You can upload files via FTP but they then need to be selected and added into system (they are not automatically transformed)
• change description, version or something later at backend for each file - YES

At front end:
• show files at download manager in tabs (I think the links could be showed in modules inside tabs…) - this can be customized in templage
• At last, I want to show the links but their have to be accesed trough registration - download link can be hidden for not registered or displayed but if not-registered clicks on this link, he gets login form

Registration
• I want to show the link, and when the user makes click on it a registration page could be showed.
Is important that the user could follow the user activation link in email sent to direct download and not to front end registered users. - This is a Joomla! issue. All the registration process is made and run with help of Joomla!
