is it possible for users/visitors of the guestbook to write a comment to an entry? This is commonly a feature of guestbooks and makes guestbook usefull as a blogger as well.

You can make a comment by wirting a new message in the guestbook

Yes this is a way to do it too. In Backend, you can comment the added message, so you will edit it (in editor, so you can stylize the answer too.)
