Guestbook wont submit sometimes

Hi! I'm currently testing this great component, it definitely fits my needs!

Some problem occured though while posting a message. Sometimes, when it takes long time to write a message, or I try to write messages from two different browsers at the same time, after the submit button was pressed, the message wont reappear among the other messages. Its completely gone, no error message, no chance to get back to the text.

Maybe its a timeout issue, or a server setup thing, or a simple bug? How can I debug the error?

Hi, see your error log, but I think, this can be some time issue so not the whole content is loaded for user ???

I mean, the whole page is not loaded for the user

After submitting, the whole page reapper (reloads), but without the comment the user wrote...

then maybe there is some cache problem

OOoh. So what would you do in my case? Should I contact with my host?

no idea, try to see what cache settings you have on your joomla site (but the problem can be other too, the cache is only idea )

Hmmm. An interesting idea!

I checked it:

cache: on
cache lifetime: 15 mins
cache handling: file

session lifetime: 15 mins
session handler: database

I will try to find recommended settings, if you have, please let me know!
