no pdf icon in joomla 3.5.1

in joomla 3.5.1 pdf icon, after change file default.php, icon.php no working..... solution?

Hi, first try to use System plugin, if this will not work, then try to edit the content file (but be sure, it is used, not one from template - if template overrides the content files, it needs to be edited in template):
