I use Phoca Email on my Back-end joomla administrator. But, I can not see upload or choose button for attachment. Is there any special plugin for this issue or something else? (I use joomla 3.4.

Hi, you can upload the attachments per file manager (e.g. Phoca Commander) or ftp to folder: phocaemail (in root of your Joomla!) then you can select them when sending emails.
