File owner rights

Hi everyone.

I have uploaded a few hundred files in the back end to mutiple cateogories and I want specfiic users to be able to delete and view these through the upload user page that I have created for the front end.

At the moment the correct users have upload and delete rights for all categories, but the files do not appear on the front end.

The files appear when I give the file an owner, but how do I add multiple owners for each files.

Hi, yes, in the UCP, users can only manager own files, not any other files
