There is Istallation Procedure phoca guestbook via FTP?

Anybody knows the procedure for install phocaguestbook via FTP, because on normal installation in joomla 1.5.9 CMS I have the white page, surely beacuse my database has few memory.
I haven't been able to find a correct documentation for a new installation via FTP. Pls anyone help me,tks.

I am only been able to find documentation for the update from old to new version via FTP,it isn't my case, as following link:

Thank you jan. for the first sorry about my bad english....
Intallation via FTP now it is all ok .....
Creation category (on joomla cms) ok , creation menu (on joomla cms) on main menu ok
I have only a big problem as following in my site:
when i push on link (guestbook) in my site appears this error:

i resolve all ...i haven't Select Guestbook on main menu.. now ok


jast a question , i using now for a sitemap this plugin XMAP......
anyone knows if is it ok for phocagalley and pochaguestbook?
