MIME type for M4V

I am trying to upload M4V files but it looks like I miss the MIME type, do you have it so i can add it? I tried to add this
{m4v=video/x-m4v} but it did not help.

Thank you for the feedback. The problem was the restriction from my ISP on 12mb on PHP:(
