Default Name and Title input field

Here in the US, "Title" refers Mr., Mrs, Ms, Dr. etc... It might be good idea to change to "Subject" to cause less confusing. Not sure this is the case for other countries.

I changed the language file and removed the Guest word.

You can set the Title to Subject in language file... I will change it for the next releases...
