Change language

Hi,

I translated the language param.ini (administrator/compoments/com_phoca/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_phoca.ini )
i created a new folder as fr-FR and i transfered my fr-FR.com_phoca.ini file but the translate is not done.

Why ?

you translated the parts for the backend (..../administrator). Do you see your translastions there? If yes you're ready with that part and you should continue with the frontend-part.

Which file do I change to translate the frond end part.

Hi,

if you want your Phoca Gallery in French, why don't you download the French language pack from https://www.phoca.cz/download/category/1 ... -component ?

You need to unzip this package on your PC and then upload the files to administrator/language/fr-FR and to language/fr-FR

I have downloaded the Norwegian language pack, unzipped and uploaded it. But I can't get the gallery in Norwegian.
What's wrong? HELP!!

Both In admin and language I have added the nb-NO files (two),
in addition I have deleted the en-GB and replace them with nb-No files renamed to en-GB

There is simply no other Phoca lang. files than norwegian, I still get english

i guess many people make the same mistake i did.
here is the solution:
the files that need to be added\edited are the ones in the folder

html\language\

not the ones in

html\administrator\components\com_phocadownload\language
