MSQL error

I have just installed phoca questbook and gallary they are both geving me this error:

Hi, see, if the tables for Phoca Guestbook were created. See it e.g. via PHPMyAdmin in your database, if not see this guide (it is for Phoca Gallery but the same is for Phoca Guestbook):
