Hi, why can't I download txt, doc, xls, and pdf file via Phoca download in my website? The message is: error while downloading file, everytime I click the 'download' bottom.
Can anyone help, pleaseeeeee?

Hi, maybe there is some problem with server settings on your site... try to download the files with different browsers to know if this problem is caused by browser or by server...

I've tried accessing my site using internet explorer (I usually use Mozilla Firefox). But it still doesn't work? Did I miss anything in the uploading process? sorry for this, but I'm not good in computer... sorry...
btw, my website is: indonesianlanguage.net (and I put the downloadable files at the right side bar)

Hi, I think checking the extensions is in fact inpossible, because for this you need some actualized list of valid and used extensions of the world
