categories from different parents

short structure

-Global
--Parent1
----Child1_1
----Child1_2
--Parent2
----Child2_1
----Child2_2

As show on page only two categories, for example - Child1_2 and Child2_2
This is possible, in principle, out of the box?

Hi, do you mean in categories view? Did you enabled displaying of subcategories?
