Phoca Gallery / Download manually Upgrade from J2.5 to J3.3

Ich möchte meine Joomla-Seite (2.5.27) auf die neue, aktuelle Version Joomla 3.3.6 upgraden.
Da sich im Laufe der Zeit auf der Joomla-Seite 2.5 einiges an "Müll" angesammelt hat (inhaltlich, Komponenten, usw.), habe ich auf die integrierte Update-Funktion verzichtet und das Upgrade via manueller Neuinstallation und Inhaltsübernahme (Menüs, Beiträge, User) mithilfe von J2XML durchgeführt und ein neues Template verwendet.
Somit kann ich ja wieder ein sauberes System aufziehen.

Soweit so gut.
Nun würde ich aber gerne auch die Gallerien von Phoca Gallery und die Inhalte von Phoca Download übernehmen.

Ich suche nun schon seit einiger Zeit im Netz, finde aber leider keine passende Anleitung.
Ich dachte zwar vor einiger Zeit schon Mal eine Anleitung gefunden zu haben (Migration von J1.5 auf J3.3), aber ich könnte mich in den A.... beißen denn ich finde diese Anleitung nicht mehr.

Könnte mir evtl. jemand kurz auf die Sprünge helfen wie ich jetzt vorgehen muss um das Update von Phoca Gallery (bzw. Phoca Download) meiner Joomla 2.5 Seite auf die neue Seite Joomla 3.3 zu bringen?
Evtl. ein Link zu einer entsprechenden Anleitung oder Tutorial?

Hello community!

I would like upgrade my Joomla 2.5 website to Joomla 3.3.
Also the components, Phoca Gallery and Phoca Download.
But I have some reasons why I won't use the intern Update-Function from Joomla. Because I have some old and unused components on my J2.5 Installation and I would have a new and clean Joomla 3.3 website.
So far so good.
I already installed the new website (Joomla 3.3.6) on a local Xampp-Installation and imported the Content (Categories, Users, Articles) with the component J2XML.
Now, I am going to install the Phoca Gallery and Phoca Downloads but how can I update the files and the database?

If anyone has an Idea or a tutorial how I can update my Joomla-Website with these components, I would be very happy.
