can't install 3.02

hello i try to install last version of gestbook on j3.3.6
but it already says

Une erreur s'est produite
    404 Composant introuvable 

do you have an idea ?

Hi, tested now as I tested the ordering and pagination and working Ok for me. Mostly if there is a problem with installing components, it needs to be searched in extension manager as it installs the extension. So the error is comming before Phoca Guestbook can run so the error is inside the extension manager

As written there, mostly for users the manually removing of component data in Joomla! tables will help

no table phocagest (phoca download was installed and no problem ...)
do you have an other idea ?

And did you try to remove the component manually and install again (the Phoca Download article or link here is only example, the same should be done with Phoca Guestbook or any other Joomla! component )
