Removing link from single image

Hi I'm sure this is a simple request and I hate to bother you but I have searched the forum and the web for an answer and can't find one!

I'm developing a series of sites for a client which share content - (articles and images). I am using the Mighty Sites plugin to do this. As there is going to be a lot of shared content they have requested an image library that can handle all the shared content and store data about each individual image. They will be primarily using it to insert single images into articles. Ideally these will not link to a popup image as there is no need, they will be full size in the article - but I can't seem to find a way to turn this off. The image still links to a pop up and then there is an arrow back to all the images in that category which is very misleading for the user. I have gone through all the documentation and tried everything to switch it off but can find no answers. Please help! Do I need to hack the php?

This code brings up the image without the rollover link but it still links to the image: {phocagallery view=category|categoryid=2|imageid=6|type=2}

Please help! I will happily donate to Phoca if you can help me fix this!

Hi, sorry, I don't understand, when the link opens a popup and then when you close it, there is no new back button

HI Jan I'm sorry I couldn't see this message when I checked earlier so I made another post which explained it more simply!

I am primarily using this plugin for managing a large quantity of images and displaying single images in articles. When I insert a single image it links to a pop up which is unnecessary but I can't figure out how to stop this happening, I've been right through the defaults and documentation. Am I missing something really obvious or is there no way to switch it off?

Hi, as written in the other post, then it needs to be customized in the code, the a tag should be removed.
