In Category->General Options there is a Zoom setting - it should be between 0 and about 21 as Google maps are used (why not OSM as open source is more Joomla! alike?).
Please consider value validation to be in the acceptable range. Values above 1016 cause just blank map.

Hi, when you open the "set coordinates" window, and you change the Zoom, it is automatically changed from 0 to 21
