Themes not working

Themes not working
I have been adjusting and tweaking Phoca Gallery and decided to add a theme. I cannot get it to display the theme no matter where I go or what setting I use. I am using Joomla 3.3.0. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Disregard. Found the answer in another post. Themes are not set up in version 4.0
