Users Not Register Can Modify and delete Messages

Hi everybody,

I got two big problems on Phoca Guestbook:

1- Everyday I should delete hundreds of spam messages
2- All the visitors of my website have the possibility to read post messages and add items

How can I check all permissions and do not allow visitors to modify and delete posts?
