Maximal Size of all User's Images doesn't work

I'm using Phoca Gallery v.3.2.6 and joomla 2.5.11.
I set Maximal Size of all User's to 20971520. (20MB)
but with a user i have uploaded more than 38MB.
haw can i limit users ?

Yes.all files owned by a same user and all files are in one folder.

Hi, try to check the size again, e.g. try to set some small size (the limit only applies to original images)

I am testing the limit now and see no problem
