Change the sort order of an existing gallery?

I searched the forum and read the documentation. Either I'm a complete idiot or it's just not very clear. I'm willing to accept my potential idiocy.

I have five galleries which, when viewed, are sorted by the order in which the images were added (ascending). I want to change these to sort by title (ascending). As per what I thought were the instructions, I went to Components -> Phoca Gallery -> Control Panel -> Options -> Category View and changed it from Ordering Ascending to Title Ascending. Saved. But my galleries haven't been rearranged; they're still as Ordering Ascending.

What have I missed?

Hi, try to see the options again, there are over 3 places to set ordering, but every is applied to other part or other feature. Try to recheck it again.
