No form shown in Joomla 3

I installed Guestbook version 3.0.0 on Joomla 3.1.5 but in the front-end I can't find the form to insert a new message in the guestbook. So I can only see the messages (I created in the backend), but not the form. What am I doing wrong???

Hi, try to check the parameters, if all is enabled and allowed, see the guestbook permissions if it is possible to add posts - if the permissions are set to public.
