user folder

ive activated user panel ..
everthing is ok but will at the frontend site at categories created by users shown i one category f.e

i created 3 category
a.. b.. c... if user create a category this shown with these 3 categorys but what i will at it shown f.e i create a category ¨from users¨ and show all user categories there ..

is this possible ?

and in ftp all user categories shown i /images/phocagallery also here need a folder f.e /images/phocagallery/user how can i fix this ???

how can we change folder that users create category ...
i will put all category made from user in one f.e from user category
now it puts i images/phocagallery so what i will images/phocagallery/fromuser
