Phoca Guestbook and JCH-Optimize

I'm trying to configure Phoca Guestbook with JCH-Optimize .
JCH-optimize:
Can automatically optimize external resources like CSS and JavaScript, which can reduce both the size and number of requests made to your website and also compress HTML output for optimized download. GZip generated CSS and JavaScript files to about 1/4 of the original size. These optimizations may reduce server load, bandwidth requirements, and page loading times.

In Phoca Guestbook the function "Hide Form" doesn't perform as it should (javascript). It doen't show up when clicked. This is with JCH parameters "Combine JavaScript Files" ON and "Position combined javascript" is set to "First found Javascript tag"
Turning of "Combine Javascript Files" solves the problem, but for optimal site loading speed I prefer this function on.

Does anyone have experience with this issue? JCH optimize has the ability to exclude individual javascript files, but I don't know in which file the function "show/hide form" resides.
