moving behind image/phocagallery folder

I have a site that is set up with a sub-site installed underneath the other site. I need to put some pictures in one of those sites and be able to access them in the other. I can't figure out how to navigate up past the image file to work my way down to the files stored in the other site.

Is there an absolute path or download folder box like there is in Phoca Download? If not, it there a way to work behind the image folder?
I worked around a similar issue in PhocaDownload using phocadownload/../../../audio in the Download Folder box, but I can't find that box in PhocaGallery.

The folder paths for the two installations are
public_html/images/phocagallery/
and
public_html/j25/images/phocagallery/

Hi, for now there is no such option in Phoca Gallery, see similar posts in this forum how to protect the images (e.g. by .htaccess, by removing original files, by watermark, etc.)
