Redirect problem with Phoca Gallery url

Im a young student, that has one problem which is totally new for me.

I have worked on migracion from Joomla 1.5 to Joomla 3.1, I have added all the accessories and components for Joomla 3.1 like they were on Joomla 1.5
For building the SEF – url’s, addition ( for Meta tags ), redirection and all other stuff I have used ARTIO JoomSEF component ( v.4.4.1), all the same like it was on Joomla 1.5 ( my previos web site version )

But because of alt tags, I have installed Phoca Gallery (v.4.0.0 ) and everything was ok, but then Google didn’t (after some time) indexed my new pages. So now when you type on Google keyword for my web site, you don’t get URL like:
www .my site.com/products/something, but you get www .my site.com/component/phocagallery/category/20?catid=category

I did the 301 redirection in the JoomSEF component, but that didn’t help.
Is there any solution to my problem?

The same problem is for all my gallerys on my web site that have now Phoca Gallery. The URL is totally new. And the new page just has pictures with alt tags on it. Text is missing, but everything else is the same.

Im afraid that one day Google won’t recognize my old keywords or SEO optimization of those old pages because of this , and I will lose mu place on top.
Can I somehow repair this problem or something?

Hi, unfortunatelly I don't have any experiences with external SEF extensions. I am using standard one in Joomla! but this seems like something on your site creates such links because Google uses them but who created them and why Google search does not include new created links, really no idea
